摘    要:目的:研究不同生长年限对山东白花丹参及紫花丹参活性成分含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定不同生长年限白花及紫花丹参中脂溶性成分(二氢丹参酮、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I、丹参酮ⅡA、丹参新酮)和水溶性成分(丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸)含量。结果:1年生白花丹参5种脂溶性成分总含量为6.18mg·g-1,2年生总含量为3.63mg·g-1,而1年生紫花丹参5种脂溶性成分总含量为7.08mg·g-1,2年生总含量为7.06mg·g-1;1—2年生白花丹参中水溶性成分总量分别为44.44mg·g-1和43.19mg·g-1,紫花丹参分别为38.89mg·g-1和49.12mg·g-1。结论:比较丹参活性成分总含量,白花丹参以1年生质量为佳,紫花以2年生综合品质为佳;相同砂质土壤栽培条件下的紫花丹参质量高于相同年限的白花丹参。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of different growth year on the content of active constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba.. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of the liposoluble constituents ( Dihydrotanshinone, Cryptotanshinone, Tanshinone, Tanshinone I1 A, Miltione) and water-soluble constituents( Salvianolic acid, Rosemarinic acid) . Results: Contents of liposoluble constituents in both one- and two-year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba. were 6. 18 mg-g-1 and 3.63 mg·g-1 while 7.08 mg·g-1 and 7.06 mg·g-1 in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. , respectively. Contents of water-soluble constituents in both one-and two- year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba. were 44. 44 mg·g-1 and 43.19 mg.g-1 while 38.89 mg·g-1 and 49. 12 mg·g-1 g in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. , respectively. Conclusion: The quality of one year of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba. was better than 2 years' , The quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was better than Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba. when planted in sand soil.
