大青龙汤对脂多糖致发热大鼠的解热作用研究

目的：研究大青龙汤退烧解热活性物质。方法：采用内毒素致大鼠发热模型，观察大青龙汤不同化学物质部位解热作用的效果。结果：大青龙汤全方水煎剂及其多糖物质部位和生物碱提取物均对内毒素引起的大鼠体温升高有明显的抑制作用，在给药3h后就有较强的解热作用，于3，4，6，7h均与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义，其解热作用与阿司匹林相当。结论：大青龙汤解热效果显著，其解热的主要物质部位为生物碱提取物、多糖、挥发油及石膏。

Study of Daqinglong Tang Concerning LPS (lipopolysas-charideca) Use Febrile Rats' Antipyretic Effects

Objective： To study antipyretic effects of Daqinglong Tang and filter out the main effective parts to antipyretic. Methods： Using endotoxin induced fever method to observe effects of Daqinglong Tang antipyretic. Results： Daqinglong Tang of all square deeotion, Polysaceharide parts and Alkaloid parts bring significantly inhibition on rats body temperature rising that caused by Endotoxin. Their antipyretic effects were like aspirin. Conclusion： Antipyretic effect of Daqinglong Tang was significant, and effective parts were alkaloid, polysaccharides, volatile oil and Gypsum Fibrosum.
