补脾祛风方对脾虚型特应性皮炎ECP及Th1/Th2细胞调节的影响

目的:探讨补脾祛风方对特应性皮炎(Atopic Demafifis,AD)血清ECP及Th1/Th2细胞调节的影响。方法:将入选101份病历使用数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗期间2组均给予复方当归薄荷膏外用,在此基础上治疗组内服补脾袪风方,对照组内服氯雷他定片;并于治疗前及治疗4周后检测2组患者ECP、IFN-γ及IL-4,并以IFN-γ和IL-4表示Th1和Th2细胞。结果:治疗组治疗后ECP明显下降,治疗前后两者比较有统计学意义(t=18.57,P<0.001);治疗组治疗后ECP下降幅度大于对照组治疗后,两者比较有统计学意义(t=15.22,P<0.001)。治疗组治疗后Th1明显增多,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(t=3.34,P<0.01);且治疗组治疗后Th1上升幅度大于对照组治疗后,两者比较有统计学意义(t=2.20,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Th2明显减少,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(t=11.87,P<0.001);且治疗组治疗后Th2减少幅度大于对照组治疗组治疗后,两者比较有统计学意义(t=1.99,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Th1/Th2明显升高,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(t=4.07,P<0.001);且升高幅度大于对照组治疗后,两者比较有统计学意义(t=4.64,P<0.001)。结论:运用补脾祛风方治疗脾虚型AD,可有效减少患者血清ECP及调节Th1/Th2细胞平衡状态,其效果较运用西药氯雷他定片更有效。

Regulation Effect of Bupi Qufeng Decoction on Serum ECP and Th1/Th2 Cell in Spleen Deficiency Type of Atopic Dermatitis Patients

Objective：To study the regulation effect of Bupi Qufeng Decoction on ECP and Th1/Th2 cell in atopic dermatitis （AD） patients. Methods：A total of 101 cases of chosen medical records were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to digital table. During the treatment, both groups were given eompound Danggni Bohe paste for external use. Based on this, the treat- ment group was given Bupi Qufeng Decoction orally, while the control group was given loratadine orally. ECP,IFN- ~/and IL-4 count were determined before the treatment and four weeks after the treatment, and Th1 and Th2 cells were detected by IFN - γand IL - 4. Re- suits：After the treatment, the level of ECP in the treatment group decreased significantly （t = 18.57, P 〈 0. 001 ） , and the decrease range was greater than the control group （ t = 15.22 ,P 〈 0. 001 ） ; the level of Th1 in treatment group significantly increased （ t = 3.34, P 〈 0.01 ） , and the increase range was greater than the control group （ t = 2.20, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of Th2 in treatment group signifi- cantly reduced （ t = 11.87,P 〈 0. 001 ）, and the reduction was greater than the control group （ t = 1.99, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the value of Th1 / Th2 in treatment group increased significantly （ t = 4.07, P 〈 0.001 ）, and the increase range was more than the control group （ t = 4.64, P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion：Treating spleen deficiency type of atopic dermatitis with Bupi Qufeng Decoction can effectively reduce serum ECP and adjust Th1 / Th2 balance. Bupi Qufeng Decoction has better effect than loratadine.
