中医穴位温灸法结合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎112例

目的:观察中医穴位温灸法结合西药对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法:将全部112例门诊患者随机分为2组,对照组给予林可霉素加糜蛋白酶治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加温灸法治疗。14天为1个疗程,2疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位温灸法结合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎具有良好效果。

Treatment of Moxibustion Combined with Western Medicine for 112 Case of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Moxibustion combined with western medicine treatment has a good effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
