| 摘 要： | 目的总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股疝81例临床经验。方法采用Bardmesh,Perfixplug材料进行疝环充填,补片平铺式无张力腹股沟疝修补术。结果81例治愈出院,术后平均住院5.5天,最短3天。随访3月至3年,再发1例,复发率为1.23%。结论无张力疝修补术具有方法简便,损伤小,恢复快,复发率低等优点,是一种更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法。

| Abstract: | object To summarize the clinical experience（81cases） of the mesh ＆ plug repair of groin hernias. Methods The mesh ＆ plug tension-free hernia repair was administered in 81 patients of groin hernia with the BardR Mesh ＆ prefixR plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A. Results All cases were cured;the average length of hospital stay was 5.5 daysand the shortest length was 3 days.The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 3 years,oniy one recurrence was observed, the rate of recurrence was 1.23%. Conclusion The mesh ＆ plug hernia repair had a greater advantage than the traditional hernia repair procedure,such as easier surgical performance,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery and lower recurrence.It is currently the most popular choice for a convenient hernia repair procedure. |
