| 摘 要： | 通过解剖、血管透明观察了15例新鲜尸体的椎内静脉丛。在椎管腹侧面,椎内静脉前丛成菱形或梯状吻合网;在椎管背侧面,血管较稀疏,无一定规则.作者认为椎内静脉造影对于椎间盘突出有较高诊断价值.

| Abstract: | The internal vertebral venous pl-exuses were investigated on 15 freshhuman cadavers by dissection and cl-earing.On the anterior aspect of sp-inal canal,the anterior internal ver-tebral venous plexus was a rhombic orladderlike network,but on the poster-ior the veins were rarely found.Theauthors agree that the venography ofthe internal vertebral venous plexusesis highly valuable for the diagnosisof the protrusion of intervertebraldisc based on the anatomic findings. |
