| 摘 要： | 在30侧成人下肢标本上,对以臀大肌下部肌皮瓣转位修复骶部褥疮有关的应用解剖学进行了研究,测量了臀下动脉及其分支的外径,血管蒂长度,供养肌皮瓣的面积及肌皮瓣的转位情况。为临床应用臀大肌下部肌皮瓣修复骶部褥疮提供解剖学基础.

| Abstract: | To use the myocutaneous flap ofthe lower half of greatest glutealmuscle for repairing the decubitus ingluteal and sacral region,we observedthe distribution,calibre and lengthof the inferior gluteal vessels,whichserve as the pedicle of the myocuta-neous flap,on 30 adult lower extre-mities.The region where the flap co-uld reach and the transposing methodswere discussed based on this study. |
