| 摘 要： | 目的:观察六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮片治疗脾虚气滞型胃痞(功能性消化不良)的临床疗效。方法:入选214例脾虚气滞型胃痞患者,采用随机抽样方法分为2组。对照组予以多潘立酮片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服六味安消胶囊,治疗4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.37%,明显优于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者胃排空状况改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮片治疗脾虚气滞型胃痞效果优于单用多潘立酮片。
