| 摘 要： | 目的:了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作现状及监测工作中存在的难点问题。方法:根据ADR监测中心ADR判断标准,对2007—2010年收集的ADR报告上报来源、分布及报告质量进行统计分析。结果:收集的169份ADR报告中,报告类型以一般病例为最多,上报个体来源以药师上报较多,分布以住院为多;工作中存在的各级领导、医护人员、药师、法律法规不健全、不良医患关系等因素为难点问题。结论:医院ADR报告数量和质量存在不足,应提高医务人员的监测水平和素质,针对医院ADR的收集上报工作程序立法,加强ADR信息监管的程序化、制度化建设,完善相应的法律法规及补偿机制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To probe into the status quo and difficulties in hospital ADR(adverse drugs reaction) monitoring.METHODS: With the criteria recommended by ADR monitor center as references,the ADR reports collected from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of the sources and distribution of the ADR reports and the quality of ADR reporting.RESULTS: Of the total 169 ADR cases,common cases took the lead,which were predominantly inpatient cases that mostly reported by pharmacists.The difficulties in ho... |
