| 摘 要： | 目的:观察水蛭素对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:接种H22肝癌细胞于小鼠右腋下,形成实体瘤模型。将40只小鼠随机抽样分为4组,盐水对照组(A组)、氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组(B组)、水蛭素高剂量组(C组)、水蛭素低剂量组(D组),每组10只。连续用药14 d,次日处死取瘤称重,计算抑瘤率,免疫组化技术检测Histone H1的表达。结果:B、C组对小鼠肝癌细胞的生长抑制率分别为52.4%、37.98%。Histone H1在B、C、D组中均呈阳性表达,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:水蛭素对肝癌细胞有抑制作用,其作用机制可能与影响Histone H1参与调控基因表达有关。
