| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2009—2010年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度(daily define doses,DDDs)、限定日费用(daily durg cost,DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院中药注射剂2年来的用药金额增长较快,年增长率为47.99%,其中理血剂的销售金额、DDDs稳居榜首,抗肿瘤药居DDC排序第1位;单品种疏血通的销售金额和DDDs排序居前列。结论:我院中药注射剂在临床的使用量迅速增长,必须加强用药管理和不良反应监测。
