| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院2010年抗菌药物的应用状况,分析评价其合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用我院药库管理信息系统检索2010年抗菌药物的出库数量、金额,应用限定日剂量法和ABC法分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果:我院抗菌药物应用中,出库金额排序前3位分别为第3代头孢菌素、青霉素类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂、第2代头孢菌素;用药频度排序前3位依次为抗结核药、大环内酯类、第3代头孢菌素;使用强度排序前3位依次为第3代头孢菌素、头霉素类、青霉素类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂。结论:我院抗菌药物中β-内酰胺类、抗结核药、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类应用较多,头孢菌素占绝对优势。使用结构基本合理,但也存在抗菌药物用药集中、用药过度、少数品种过量使用等问题,应进一步加强监督管理,规范抗菌药物的临床应用,使抗菌药物使用更加安全、有效、经济。
