| 摘 要： | 目的:评估我院抗肿瘤药的应用现状及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗肿瘤药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额、限定日费用(DDC)等数据进行统计、结合年度肿瘤患者的疾病分布情况进行分析。结果:3年来我院收治肿瘤患者中肺癌发病率为第1位,抗肿瘤药销售金额逐年增长,年销售金额排序连续3年居第1位的为紫杉醇类,DDDs排序居第1位的为乌苯美司。结论:我院应进一步规范抗肿瘤药的应用,促进用药更加安全、有效、经济。
