| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院骨科、普通外科、手足外科2010年围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取我院骨科、普通外科、手足外科2010年手术病例101例,对其围术期抗菌药物使用的品种、给药途径、给药方法等方面进行统计,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,评价Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。结果与结论:预防性使用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,主要在品种选择、给药途径、给药方法、联合用药、用药疗程等方面,还需进一步加强管理,促进安全、有效、经济用药。
