| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合培美曲塞二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:112例晚期NSCLC一线化疗失败患者分为对照组56例和治疗组56例,均采用培美曲塞方案化疗,治疗组加用复方苦参注射液,完成2～4个周期后进行疗效评价。结果:2组近期疗效、中位疾病无进展时间无显著差异,生活质量的改善及体重增加方面治疗组优于对照组,不良反应方面治疗组轻于对照组。结论:复方苦参注射液联合培美曲塞二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,疗效尚可,具有改善患者的生活质量及减轻化疗不良反应的作用。
