2008—2010年上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院治疗肝炎口服辅助药和抗病毒药应用分析

目的:了解本院感染科治疗肝炎口服辅助药和抗病毒药的应用情况,分析2008—2010年该类药物的使用数量、消费金额及用药频度(DDDs),对本院治疗肝炎的口服辅助药和抗病毒药使用的情况作出客观的评价,为临床合理用药提供参考的依据。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,对本院感染科药房2008—2010年治疗肝炎的口服辅助药和抗病毒药的使用数量、消费金额及用药频度进行统计分析。结果:2008—2010年我院治疗肝炎的口服辅助药和抗病毒药的消费金额逐年增长比例分别为27.05%和34.78%,增幅较大。限定日费用(DDC)排名第1位的药物是熊去氧胆酸胶囊(优思弗),降幅排名第1位的药物是胆宁片。总金额排序/DDDs排序值总体均接近1,正偏离最多的品种为联苯双酯片,负偏离最多的品种为熊去氧胆酸胶囊(优思弗)。结论:我院感染科治疗肝炎的口服辅助药和抗病毒药的消耗近年呈上升趋势,以抗病毒药物为主,用药基本合理。

Utilization of Oral Adjunctive Drugs for Hepatitis and Antiviral Drugs in The Third Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University During 2008-2010 Period
