| 摘 要： | 目的了解炎性标志物与代谢综合征（MS）的关系。方法研究代谢综合征者的代谢指标。结果发现在校正2组年龄、性别、BMI后，其hsCRP水平、肥胖程度、血压、血脂、胰岛素抵抗明显升高；多元回归分析显示：hsCRP与年龄、三酰甘油、舒张压、餐后2h血糖代谢综合征亚组分密切相关（P〈0．05）。hsCRP水平随MS代谢紊乱数目的增多而明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论CRP与MS的发生、发展密切相关，MS可能是一种低度炎性性疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relation between inflammatory factors and metabolic syndrome（MS）. Methods To research the metablic indexes of MS. Results After adjusted by age, gender and body mass index （ BMI ） in the two groups （MS group and non -MS group）, the levels of hsCRP, obesity, blood pressure, blood -fat and insulin resistance were increased obviously. According to the multiple regression analysis, the level of hsCRP is closely related with age, triglyceride, diastolic pressure, PBG and MS sub - components （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and rised greatly with the number of MS sub - components （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The levels of CRP have a close relation with MS which may be a kind of low - grade inflammatory disease. |
