| 摘 要： | 本文统计分析了50只眼微观小梁切除术的近期疗效,并与宏观小梁切除术50只眼的疗效进行对比。结果证实微观小梁切除术降眼压的效果,无论是下降辐度还是降低程度均明显优于宏观组。视力的提高和视野的改善也较宏观组明显,说明微观小梁切除术是个疗效较高、比较安全的抗青光眼手术。

| Abstract: | The curative effect of 50 eyes by micro-trabeculectomy was analyzed, and this was compared with that by macro-trabeculectomy. The curative effect of this operation was shown in that the IOP (intraocular pressure) was satisfactorily controlled, that the visual acuity was increased and that the visual fields were also improved.The effect of micro-trabeculectomy as a whole is much better than that by macro -trabculectomy.It is concluded that micro -trabeculectomy has a higher curative effect than macro-trabeculectomy and is a safe measure in antiglaucomatic treatment. |
