| Abstract: | As the proportion of young teachers in faculty of higher education of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) keeps rising, it is urgent for them to become the backbone of TCM education.However, they confront with lots of bewilderment in their teaching work.So, how to take practical strategy to exert to their advantages is a research subject worthy of consideration for young teachers in higher education of TCM. |
