MTHFRC677T基因多态性与复发性流产的关系

目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase,简称MTHFR)C677T基因多态性与复发性流产(recurrent abortion,简称RA)发病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析RA组60例和对照组60例MTHFRC677T的基因型。结果RA孕妇及胚胎绒毛组织MTHFR677TT基因型频率和T等位基因频率高于对照组(p<0.05);MTHFR677的3种基因型在流产组和对照组的分布差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),流产组CT TT基因型频率也高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论RA患者和胚胎绒毛组织MTHFR677TT突变与RA有相关性。

The Relation of MTHFRC677T Gene Polymorphism to Recurrent Abortion

Objective To investigate the relationship of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) C677T gene polymorphism to recurrent abortion(RA).Method MTHFRC677T genotype were analyzed by the technique of Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) in recurrent abortion group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases).Results MTHFR677TT genotype frequency and T allele frequencies of RA pregnant women and villi were higher than control group(p<0.05).There was a significant difference of the distribution of the 3 genotypes between the recurrent abortion group and the control group.Embryo villi of recurrent abortion MTHFR677CT TT genotype frequencies were higher than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion RA patients and embryo villi with the mutation MTHFR677TT each other are related to RA.
