加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染

目的 :评价加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :66例病人分成 2组。加替沙星组 34例 [男性 19例 ,女性 15例 ,年龄 (35±s11)a];左氧氟沙星组 32例 [男性 18例 ,女性 14例 ,年龄 (38± 12 )a]。分别给予加替沙星 0 .4g静脉滴注qd ;左氧氟沙星 0 .2 g静脉滴注bid治疗。疗程均为 7～ 14d。结果 :加替沙星组和左氧氟沙星组的总有效率分别为 91%和 91% ,细菌清除率为90 %和 90 %。不良反应发生率分别为 6%和6%。 2组差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :加替沙星亦是治疗下呼吸道感染安全有效的药物

Gatifloxacin in treating lower respiratory tract infections

AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safty of gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. METHODS: Sixty six patients were divided into two groups; Thirty four patients (M 19, F 15; age (35± s 11) a, 18 65 a) were treated with gatifloxacin, 0.4 g, iv, gtt, qd, for 7 14 d, and another thirty two patients (M 18, F 14; age (38±12) a, 18 64 a) were treated with levofloxacin, 0.2 g, iv, gtt, bid, for 7 14 d. RESULTS: The total effective rates of gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group were 91 % and 91 %, the bacterial clearance rates were 90 % and 90 %, adverse reactions occured in 6 % and 6 %, respectively. CONCLUSION:Gatifloxacin is a safe and potent antibacterial agent in the treatment of the lower respiratory tract infections.
