化疗药物配制箱对护士防护作用的研究

目的：观察自制化疗药物配制箱对肿瘤科护士的防护作用。方法：运用自制有机玻璃配药箱配药，使溢入空气中的微粒集中在箱内，箱内外空气相隔绝，对12名护士用配药箱前和用17个月后各测定其白细胞、红细胞和血小板做对照。每日配药箱使用后处置稀释了箱内微粒浓度，其剂量依赖性逐渐减小，将30只小白鼠分两组分别放处处置后的配药箱内和未曾配药的箱内，用同样方法喂养，测定其入箱后3周的体重、白细胞和血小板。结果：12名护士使用配药箱前后比较，白细胞差异呈显著性；两组小白鼠3项指标比较差异无显著性。结论：使用自制化疗药物配制箱对护士有保护作用，配药箱经处置后重复使用对小白鼠无毒性作用。

The Protective Effects of the Self-made Chemotherapeutic Medicine Admixture Box on Nurses

Objective To observe the protective effects of the self-made medicine admixture box on nurses in oncology department.Methods Isolated the air outside, the overflowed particles from the chemical medicine were restrained inside the self made chemical medicine admixture box. WBC, RBC and blood platelet of 12 involved nurses were detected before they used the box and by the end of 17 months. The dose dependence of those medicine decreased after the management in the box. 30 rats, divided in two groups randomly, were put into the managed box and the unmanaged box, and fed in the same way. The weights, WBC and blood platelet were measured after 3 weeks.Results WBC of the 12 nurses were different obviously before and after the use of the box. 3 index in two rat groups were different insignificantly.Conclusions The self made chemical medicine admixture box has protective roles to nurses. It has no toxicity to rats after the management by using repeatedly.
