| 摘 要： | 目的 总结 1984～ 2 0 0 0年应用前列腺素E1 (PGE1 )治疗周围动脉硬化性闭塞症 (PAOD)的临床效果。方法 回顾研究 4 4 8例PAOD患者应用PGE1 治疗的效果 ,其中男性 383例 ,女性 6 5例 ,年龄 4 3～ 89(6 1.4 )岁。应用PGE1 10 0～2 0 0 μg静点一日一次。结果 效果优良者 30 2例 (6 7.4 % )、差者 35例 (7.8% )、无效 30例 (6 .7% )、截肢 6 8例 (15 .2 % )和死亡 13例 (2 .9% )。结论 PGE1 是治疗PAOD效果良好的药物

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the results of treatment of 448 cases of peripheral arteriosclerotic occlusive disease(PAOD) with prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) from 1984 through 2000.Methods 448 patients with PAOD were studied.Their ages were 43 to 89 years, with a median of 61.4 years. All patients were treated with prostaglandin E 1 100～200 μg intravenous drip qd for 15～20 days.Results 67.4% of the cases showed good efficacy, 7.8% low efficacy, and 6.7% noneffective.Conclusion PGE 1 is a drug with good efficacy in treatment of PAOD. |
