| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神病房实施风险管理的效果。方法:通过判定与归类精神病房存在的护理风险,实施风险管理,规避和化解护理风险,确保护理安全。比较风险管理前后护理服务质量变化。结果:住院患者对护理工作综合满意度提高,护理差错发生率降低。结论:应加强精神病房护理风险的识别,提高护理人员风险意识和抗风险能力,这样可以减少精神病房的护理风险。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss on the change in quality of nursing service before and after implement the management of risk in the psychiatric ward.Methods:By judge and classify psychiatric nursing risks,implementation of risk management,avoiding and resolving the nursing risk on clinical,and to ensure the safety in nursing care.Results:Comprehensive satisfaction of the inpatients to care has improved,and has decreased in the incidence of nursing errors.Conclusion:We should strengthen of identifying the nursing risk... |
