| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵巢癌术后腹腔热化疗联合静脉化疗的临床疗效及毒副反应.方法:将卵巢癌术后患者分2组,实验组25例采用顺铂腹腔化疗及热疗+多西他赛全身化疗,对照组23例采用多西他赛全身化疗+顺铂腹腔化疗.比较两组疗效、近期的毒副反应、KPS评分及体重变化.结果:实验组治疗卵巢癌近期有效率、改善率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计...
