| 摘 要： | 目的:研究对住院精神分裂症患者家属依从性干预的效果。方法:将2010年1～12月在我院住院的176例精神分裂症患者家属分为两组。A组88例,为首次住院患者的家属;B组88例,为非首次住院患者的家属。分别在住院的一周内用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行自我评定。结果:A组在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、睡眠、饮食方面的评分高于B组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:经过干预,住院精神分裂症患者家属的SCL-90评分明显降低,提示依从性显著提高。
