| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法:将76例老年精神分裂症患者随机分成阿立哌唑组和利培酮组各38例。对两组患者均进行12周的治疗观察。于治疗前及治疗1、2、4、8、12周末用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,副反应量表(TESS)、实验室及诊断仪器检查评定药物安全性。结果:阿立哌唑组显效率60.2%,利培酮组显效率60.9%,两组疗效差异无显著性。两组不良反应均较轻,阿立派唑组更轻于利培酮组。结论:阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效均较好,但阿立哌唑的药物副作用较小。
