| 摘 要： | 目的观察温针灸配合云南白药敷贴治疗踝关节伤筋的疗效。方法将100例踝关节伤筋患者均使用该方法连续治疗,治疗2个疗程和疗程结束2个月后进行疗效评定。治疗开始前及治疗后记录患者体征、症状变化。结果治疗2个疗程后总有效率100%;疗程结束2个月后总有效率95%。结论此方法取材方便,操作简单,无需特殊设备和条件,费用低,痛苦小,治疗效果理想。并且远期疗效满意。
