| 摘 要： | 目的探讨渐进式功能锻炼对腰椎退行性变患者术后功能恢复的效果。方法对32例腰椎退行性变患者于术前2 d至术后3个月采用渐进式功能锻炼方案实施康复锻炼。结果出院时直腿抬高、腰椎姿势纠正训练、腹背肌训练等项目的正确率为100%;Oswestry功能障碍评分术前(32.09±5.16)分、术后3个月(14.09±3.17)分,其中23例患者评分变化>15分。结论渐进式功能锻炼可有效促进腰椎退行性变患者术后功能恢复。 |
