| 摘 要： | 目的:观察强迫症和伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者的自知力情况,以及应用耶鲁-布朗强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)和简明精神病量表(BPRS)比较两组不同自知力患者临床症状。方法:对30例强迫症患者和32例伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者采用Y-BOCS和BPRs评估。根据Y-BOCS项目11评估自知力得分。结果:强迫症组与伴强迫症状精神分裂症组患者不同自知力得分患者构成比显著不同(P<0.05),其中自知力较差(≥3分)患者分别为7例(23.3%)和20例(62.5%)。强迫症组自知力较差患者的Y-BOCS量表强迫思维、强迫行为和总体严重程度得分以及BPRS量表焦虑抑郁、思维障碍和总分均显著高于强迫症组自知力较好患者及伴强迫症状精神分裂症组自知力较好和较差患者(P<0.05)。结论:强迫症患者总体自知力强于伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者,但强迫症患者中自知力较差者的强迫体验、焦虑和抑郁等临床症状较伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者中自知力较差者更明显。
