| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 66例急性脑梗死患者,男性37例,女性29例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL,静脉滴注,2次/d,治疗14 d后进行疗效评定;观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况和神经功能缺损程度的变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合依达拉奉能有效改善急性脑梗死的症状,提高患者远期日常生活能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Danshen injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 66 patients(37 male,29 female) with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group.Those in the control group were treated with the conventional therapy,while those in the therapeutic group were intravenously injected with 30 mg Edaravone plus 100 mL 0.9 % sodium chloride injection twice a day besides the conventional therapy.... |
