| 摘 要： | 文章利用文献复习法对近年来我国养老机构健康管理服务相关研究资料进行整理,以健康管理流程为基础分析养老机构健康管理服务发展现状及存在的问题,提出了加快健康管理立法、整合相关资源、加强人才培养、严格服务流程、注重心理管理等对策,为构建具有中国特色的养老机构健康管理服务模式提供参考。
