| 摘 要： | <正> 在以往的实验室试验中观察到低浓度臭氧能较好地杀灭空气中的绿脓杆菌。鉴于目前烧伤感染预防问题远朱解决,为此,我们测试了以国家容许安全浓度的臭氧讲行烧伤病房空气消毒的可行性。

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICACY OF OZONE FOR DISINFECTION OF AIR ON BURN WARD |

| Abstract: | On basis of early laboratory experiment which indicated that ozone in low concentration could effectively kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa in air, the efficacy of ozone for disinfection of air was observed on burn ward. Disinfection of the burn ward was carried out for 11 times and the results indicated that the killing rates of natural organisms were 98.05～99.9% when the concentration of ozone was 0.14 ppm and the contact time was 15 min. No irritative symptom of respiratory tract and other adverse reaction as well as abnormal findings of blood, urine, liver function and fluoroscopical examination of chest was observed in 11 patients on the ward.Investigation of bacterial contamination of the air on the ward indicated that peak contamination was found at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. The result can be used for reference to determine when the disinfection by ozone is needed. |
