西布曲明对肥胖患者血清瘦素及胰岛素水平的影响

目的 :探讨西布曲明 (Sibutramine)对肥胖患者血清瘦素及胰岛素水平的影响。　方法 :测定 35例单纯性肥胖患者服用西布曲明前后体重指数 (BMI)、腰臀比 (WHR)及血清瘦素、胰岛素水平的变化。　结果 :肥胖组用药前BMI、WHR、空腹瘦素和胰岛素水平均明显高于正常组 ,服用西布曲明后 ,上述指标均明显下降。且瘦素水平的变化在排除性别影响后更为显著。　结论 :西布曲明作为一种口服减肥药 ,不仅能减轻肥胖患者的体重 ,而且能明显降低肥胖患者的空腹瘦素和胰岛素水平

The effect of sibutramine on plasm leptin and insulin levels in obesity

Objectives:To investigate the effect of sibutramine on plasm leptin and insulin levels in obesity. Methods:The body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR),plasm leptin and insulin levels of the 35 obese subjects were determined before and after treated with sibutramine. Results:Compared to normal group, the determined parameters including BMI, WHR, fast leptin and insulin levels were significantly higher in obese group, and these parameters were reduced significantly after treated with sibutramine. The changes of leptin levels were more obvious after ruling out the gender discrimination. Conclusions: As an anti obesity drug, sibutramine not only decreased the weight of obese subjects, but also reduced the fast leptin and insulin levels of the obese subjects.
