| 摘 要： | 目的 通过清洗监测卡,了解全自动清洗消毒机的清洗质量和影响清洗质量的因素.方法 通过使用WashChecks清洗监测卡对清洗消毒机的清洗质量进行监测,将清洗监测卡放在卡夹内,与器械一起进行清洗,当程序运行完毕后,观察清洗监测卡测试污物的残留,判断清洗是否彻底.结果 监测喷淋型清洗1560个批次,其中20个批次清洗不彻底,监测合格率为98.72％；监测管腔器械的清洗330个批次,6个批次清洗不彻底,监测合格率98.18％.结论 WashChecks清洗监测卡可用于全自动清洗消毒机的清洗质量监测,喷淋孔是否阻塞、清洗液的温度和浓度、喷淋臂的转动异常都会直接影响清洗消毒机的清洗质量.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To validate the cleaning quality By using WashChecks monitor and to explore the impact factors on the cleaning efficacy. METHODS The cleaning quality of automatic washer/ disinfector is monitored by using WashChecks monitor.Insert a WashChecks monitor into a WashChecks Holder completely.The monitor follows the same cleaning path as the instruments.At the end of a washer/disinfector cycle,the WashChecks monitor from the Holder were removed and read the result.
