高锰酸钾溶液联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗糖尿病足感染性溃疡的疗效

目的 观察高锰酸钾溶液泡足联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗糖尿病足部感染性溃疡的效果.方法 选择在门诊换药室接受治疗的95例糖尿病足溃疡感染的患者,随机分为观察组和常规组,两组同样给予基础治疗外,观察组采用0.02％高锰酸钾溶液泡足联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶换药,常规组采用传统方法换药；分别在治疗后1、2周对创面分泌物、细菌培养阳性率、肉芽组织生长进行观察比较,并对全身使用抗菌药物的时间、用量及溃疡治疗时间、效果进行统计分析.结果 观察组创面分泌物减少、细菌培养阳性率下降、肉芽组织生长的速度明显快于常规组；观察组50例患者,完全治愈45例,部分有效5例,治疗时间(43.47±8.1)d；常规组45例,完全愈合29例,部分有效12例,无效4例(3例被迫截趾或足),治疗时间(76.13±6.5)d；观察组全身使用抗菌药物的时间和用药量均比常规组时间短、用量少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 采用高锰酸钾溶液泡足联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗糖尿病足部感染性溃疡是安全、有效的.
