| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同清洗消毒方法用于结核病患者呼吸机管路的消毒效果.方法 对结核病患者使用的复用呼吸机管路及其附件随机分为A、B、C组(每组各60件),A组采用2000 mg/L 有效氯清洗消毒剂浸泡、B组采用2％戊二醛消毒剂浸泡、C组全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒；对不同清洗消毒方法消毒前后呼吸机管路及其配件的细菌菌落数及结核分枝杆菌进行检测.结果 消毒前细菌及结核分枝杆菌阳性率均为100.00％,3种方法消毒后细菌及结核分枝杆菌杀灭率均达标；消毒后,C组细菌及结核分枝杆菌阳性率为0,优于其他两组.结论 3种消毒方法均能达到高水平消毒,但全自动清洗消毒机对结核病患者呼吸机管路及其附件消毒效果最佳.
