| 摘 要： | 目的 调查分析东北地区2010年临床分离细菌的分布以及对抗菌药物的耐药性.方法 2010年东北地区6所医院采用K-B法或自动化仪器法对临床分离细菌进行药物敏感试验,依据CLSI 2010年标准,采用WHO-NET5.5软件进行统计分析.结果 东北地区6所医院共分离细菌18 150株,其中革兰阴性菌14 029株,占77.3％,革兰阳性菌共4121株,占22.7％；产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌、产酸克雷伯菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和奇异变形菌的检出率分别为86.9％、78.4％、75.3％和54.3％；肠杆菌科细菌对亚胺培南仍保持较高的敏感率(＞90.0％);铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌和洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对美罗培南的耐药率分别为20.1％、64.2％和14.6％；MRSA和MRSCN检出率分别为60.4％和74.0％；未检测到耐万古霉素葡萄球菌；屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为1.3％、0.7％;对替考拉宁的耐药率为1.6％、0.5％.结论 东北地区出现耐万古霉素肠球菌、耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌及多药耐药非发酵菌增加,应引起重视.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical bacterial distribution and antimicrobial resistance in northeast China in 2010.
