| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹部外科术后预防肺部感染的综合护理方法.方法 回顾性分析医院2010年1月-2011年3月211例腹部外科术后患者的临床资料,所有患者术后采用综合护理方法.结果 所有患者给予常规综合护理方法,211例患者中,22例术后并发肺部感染,感染率为10.4％,治愈19例,治愈率为86.4％,3例死亡.结论 腹部外科术后肺部感染是影响手术成功率的主要原因之一,对腹部外科术后患者采用综合护理后,可以降低肺部感染的发生率和死亡率.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the synthesized nursing of prevention to pulmonary infection after abdominal surgery. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 211 cases after abdominal surgery between Jan 2010 and Mar 2011.All of the patients were treated by the method of the synthesized nursing. RESULTS Twenty-two cases of pulmonary infection were diagnosed in 211 cases and infection rate was 10.4%.Nineteen cases were cured and the total effective rate being 86.4 %.There were 3 patients dead.
