| 摘 要： | 目的 从药品不良反应(ADR)角度对注射用加替沙星临床应用进行评价,旨在为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对医院2009年6月-2010年9月注射用加替沙星发生的566例不良反应报告进行统计分析.结果 566例患者中,男性247例,女性319例,ADR以皮肤、循环系统以及消化系统症状为主,其发生率分别为48.94％、48.41％、27.39％,有93.64％发生在用药1h内,83.22％的患者在1h内ADR症状得到缓解；84.63％超适应证用药,3.71％给药剂量与频次与说明书完全相符,9例存在用药禁忌.结论 医院注射用加替沙星存在超适应证、滴注速度偏快等现象,绝大多数ADR可通过合理用药予以避免,今后应加大对注射用加替沙星合理用药干预力度.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate adverse drug reaction(ADR),of gatifloxacin injection and provide reference for clinical medication. METHODS A total of 566 cases of adverse reaction induced by gatifloxacin during Jun 2009 to Dec 2010 in hospital were calculated and analyzed.
