| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心内科住院患者医院感染的临床特征.方法 回顾性分析1673例心内科住院患者的临床资料.结果 医院感染发生率为4.96％,感染部位以呼吸道和泌尿道为主,分别占61.45％、13.25％;共分离出85株病原菌,包括革兰阴性菌68株,占80.00％,革兰阳性菌15株,占17.65％,真菌2株占2.35％；数量最多的3种细菌为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,分别占31.77％、18.82％、15.30％.结论 心内科住院患者医院感染率较高,并且以呼吸道感染为主,应加强病原菌学监测,积极做好预防治疗工作,有效降低医院感染的发生.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection of inpatients in cardiology department. METHODS The clinical data of 1673 cases from cardiology department were reviewed. RESULTS The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 4.96%.Respiratory tract and urinary tract were the common infectious sites.A total of 85 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 68 strains(80.00%) of Gram-negative bacteria,15 strains(17.65%) of Gram-positive bacteria,and 2 strains(2.35%) of fungi.Escher... |
