| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医院感染现状,为制定预防控制措施提供依据.方法 统一培训调查人员,床旁询问病史与在架病历调查相结合,填写统一的个案调查表；对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析.结果 调查住院患者1856例,医院感染现患率为4.74％,其中以ICU感染率最高,为57.14％；医院感染高发部位主要为下呼吸道及上呼吸道,分别占71.43％及6.35％；分离病原体63株,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占65.08％；抗菌药物使用率为50.11％.结论 医院感染现患率调查快速、有效,可基本反映医院感染情况,能够为有效开展医院感染目标性监测提供依据.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection(NI)and to provide reference for prevention and control measures.
