摘    要:目的:研究麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍前后水煎液中有效成分含量的变化,探讨两药的配伍规律.方法:采用GCMS测定水煎液中盐酸去甲基伪麻黄碱(NMP)、盐酸去甲基麻黄碱(NME)、盐酸麻黄碱(E)、盐酸伪麻黄碱(PE)、盐酸甲基麻黄碱(ME)的煎出量;采用HPLC测定水煎液中香豆素、桂皮醇和桂皮醛的煎出量.结果:与单煎液相比,麻黄与桂枝配伍后,随着配伍药材比例增大,水煎液中以上各有效成分含量均有不同程度的降低,5种麻黄生物碱含量下降幅度在15%~42%,香豆素、桂皮醇、桂皮醛的含量下降幅度在16%~57%.结论:麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍后,对彼此有效成分的溶出有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective: Study on the content of active compounds in water extracts of Ephedra-Cinnamomi by compatibility of different ratio and to explain the mechanism of this compatibility. Method: The content of norpseudoephedrine (NMP), norephedrine (NME), ephedrine (E), pseudoephedrine (PE) and methylephedrine (ME), which are the major active compounds of Herba Ephedra, were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The content of coumarin, cinnamic alcohol and cinnamaldehyde, which are the major active compounds of Cortex Cinnamomi in the extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result: The content of NMP, NME, E, PE, ME, coumarin, cinnamic alcohol and cinnamaldehyde in water extracts of pairmedicine Ephedra-Cinnamomi was lower than that of single decoction. Conclusion: Combined Ephedra with Cinnamomi, the dissolution of chemical compounds was inhibited with each other in water extracts.
