| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰岛素泵短期强化治疗老年糖尿病合并感染的疗效及安全性.方法 将77例老年糖尿病合并感染患者随机分为胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗组(CSII组)38例,及多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗组(MSII组)39例,比较两组患者治疗后血糖水平、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、感染控制时间,低血糖发生率、平均住院天数等的差异.结果 治疗后两组患者血糖均明显下降(P＜0.01),CSII组对血糖的控制优于MSII组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或＜0.01)；CSII组血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、住院天数均低于MSII组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 老年糖尿病合并感染患者应用胰岛素泵强化治疗可迅速控制血糖,缩短感染控制时间,缩短住院天数,减少低血糖的发生,安全有效,是理想的治疗方法.
