| 摘 要： | 目的 分析医院2009年1月-2011年1月铜绿假单胞菌产金属β-内酰胺酶因素.方法 收集医院2009年1月-2011年1月住院患者不同标本的铜绿假单胞菌102株,按照CLSI操作规程进行产金属β-内酰胺酶菌株的确认；采用单因素分析铜绿假单胞菌产金属β-内酰胺酶的相关因素；采用多因素logistic回归分析法确定其产酶独立危险因素.结果 102株铜绿假单胞菌中检出产金属β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌44株,检出率43.5％;单因素分析结果显示,连续使用亚胺培南时间、联合用药和频繁更换用药是铜绿假单胞菌产金属β-内酰胺酶相关因素(P＜0.05)；多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,连续使用亚胺培南、联合用药和频繁更换用药均为造成铜绿假单胞菌产金属β-内酰胺酶的独立危险因素,其OR值及95％ CI分别为2.32、10.23、1.38及1.12～3.37、1.86～27.41、1.32～6.81.结论 产金属β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌具有较高的交叉耐药性和多药耐药性；长时间使用亚胺培南、联合用药和频繁更换用药者易造成细菌产金属β-内酰胺酶.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the factors associated with metallo-beta-lactamase(MBL)productivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE). METHODS A total of 102 PAE strains isolated from various specimens of in-patients admitted to hospital during Jan 2009 to Jan 2011 were analyzed.
