| 摘 要： | 目的 研究细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)是否可以作为慢性乙型肝炎干扰素抗病毒疗效的预测因素.方法 以穿孔素阳性淋巴细胞标记细胞毒性T细胞；分析125例注射干扰素治疗患者持续应答组及无应答组干扰素治疗前血清转氨酶、肝组织炎症分级、HBVDNA载量、肝组织纤维化程度分级,肝组织穿孔素阳性淋巴细胞数与干扰素疗效的相关性.结果 仅血清HBVDNA＜ 106拷贝/ml时,持续应答组及无应答组肝组织穿孔素阳性淋巴细胞数差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血清HBVDNA＜ 106拷贝/ml时,肝组织穿孔素阳性淋巴细胞数可以作为慢性乙型肝炎干扰素抗病毒疗效预测因素. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study whether CTL can be the predictive factor of interferon-alpha therapy for chronic hepatitis B.
