解脲脲支原体基因型的检测及其意义

摘    要:目的 了解解脲脲支原体(Uu)基因分型情况,探讨其基因分型临床意义.方法 选择2010年8月-2011年2月在绍兴县中心医院门诊380例女性生殖道感染患者,以及同期无自觉症状的240例健康体检者,分别收集宫颈拭子标本,运用荧光定量PCR技术(RT-PCR)筛选出Uu阳性的初诊样本,设计分型引物,运用反向点杂交技术进行基因分型检测.结果 患者组Uu阳性270例,阳性率为71.05%,健康组阳性104例,阳性率为43.33%;患者组单纯U.parvum群感染率为63.77%,低于健康组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康组中解脲脲支原体parvum群以其中的1、3、6基因型的单型别为主;患者组中Uu两群感染率较健康组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组U.urealyticum群与1型的多型别感染率高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 U.parvum群,尤其是其中的1、3、6型别是正常人群携带的可能性较大,U.urealyticum则有可能和1型起协同作用或独自导致疾病.
