摘    要:目的:优选野菊花提取物的制备工艺。方法:以绿原酸和蒙花苷为指标成分,通过正交设计实验法进行优选野菊花提取物的水提醇沉制备工艺。结果:野菊花提取物的最佳制备工艺为浸泡6 h,分别以20倍和16倍量的水加热回流2次,每次1 h。结论:该工艺可以保证较高的浸膏得率、提取物中指标成分含量及转移率,工艺稳定、可行。
