器官移植患者术后肺部感染23例临床分析

目的探讨器官移植术后肺部感染临床特点，提高其诊治水平。方法回顾分析23例器官移植术后肺部感染的临床资料。结果23例患者中18治愈，2例呼吸衰竭死亡，1例移植肾切除，2例肾功能减退。病原体主要有细菌、病毒、真菌、结核杆菌等，多为混合感染。结论器官移植术后肺部感染早期临床症状、体征不典型，因此临床应加强对器官移植术后肺部感染的认识，力争做到早期诊断，及时采取有效的综合治疗，是降低病死率的关键。

Clinical Analysis of pulmonary infection after organ transplantation in 23 cases

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and improve the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection after organ transplantation. Methods 23 cases of pulmonary infection after organ transplantation were retrospectively analyze. Results 18 cases were cured, 2 cases were died of respiratory failure, 1 case was allograft nephrectomy, 2 eases were renal function insufficiency. The main pathogens were bacterium, virus, fungus, bacillus tuberculosis, et al, most was coinfection. Conclusion The early clinical symptoms and significance of pulmonary infection after organ transplantation was untypical. So, focusing on early diagnosis and immediately, effectively comprehensive therapeutic were the key of induce mortality of pulmonary infection after organ transplantation.
