福建省重要口岸吸血蠓类本底调查初报

目的]掌握福建省重要口岸辖区吸血蠓类的本底情况，为该地区内吸血蠓类的防制提供依据。方法]选择7个客货流通量较大的代表性口岸，采用灯诱和挥网等方法采集蠓成虫，并制作玻片标本进行蠓种鉴定。结果]共采获吸血蠓科2属39种，其中有11种为福建口岸辖区新纪录。将捕获的蠓类与福建省蠓类本底数进行比对，87种蠓类中有28种已有分布，占福建省本底蠓种的32．2％。结论]本次调查初步掌握了福建省重要口岸辖区内的吸血蠓类种属分布情况，为今后口岸预防控制吸血蠓传传染病的传入提供有价值的本底资料。

Baseline Survey on Biting Midges at Important Ports of Fujian Province.

Objective To understand the background of biting midges at the important ports of Fujian province, and to provide evidences for prevention and control. Method Seven representative ports with large turnover of passenger and cargo were investigated. Light-trap and net catching methods were employed to capture the midges and the slide specimen were identified in the laboratory.
